We arrived very late and left very early so cannot comment on location as was a very quick stop over having landed and then taking the train onwards, the Hotel is in a fabulous location for arriving at the airport and needing a short overnight stay and in a fabulous location for catching the SGR train. The Hotel arranged our transfers which went smoothly and the Hotel Staff were very welcoming even for our very late check in nearly midnight and early check out 6am - our room for 1 Adult and 2 teenagers was large and the bathroom with shower came with soap, shampoo etc which for the price of the room was not really expected - for an overnight stop over we certainly would return. As we didn't use any Hotel facilities we cannot comment on these although the Restaurant area was clean and tidy we just didn't have the time to utilise this

We were here in February 2024. The hotel is very handy for the airport and freeways. Very good value, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained it was. Our room was air-conditioned. It was on the 3rd floor accessed by a very modern elevator. The place seemed old but well maintained and fully functional. All of the staff (there were 24hr reception and security staff) were very keen to help with our luggage or taxi arrangements.

Very helpful staff and very welcoming. Great location with an airport transfer that was easy to arrange (did cost extra). The breakfast was very good value for money and filling. The room was huge, nice and quiet, I slept very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying near the airport. I'm a solo female traveller and felt very safe here.

The hotel was very responsive to all my messages. As we checked in late at night, they told us to take extra time for the check out. The property and all its facilities were very cleanly maintained. The staff are very polite and helpful. Pick up from the airport and drop the next day was prompt.

We were very satisfied with the staff. We arrived 4am on the night of our stay, and the lady at the reception promptly offered a late checkout for 4pm. That was all we needed to have a decent day in Dubai.
